Flame Busters adopts a firefighting theme, coupled with retro arcade-style graphics. The overall look brings to mind the Nintendo games of old, while the graphics remind you of the popular Mario Brothers game. You are taken back to the 1980s, with a burning building as its setting.

Gameplay begins with setting your bets. You may start by clicking on the Bet tab and setting your preferred coin denomination from 0.10 to 100.00. To set the reels into motion, you may click on the Spin button at the rightmost part of the control panel at the bottom of the screen. Feature Symbols

You will not see the familiar playing card symbols in this game. The low-value symbols are represented by four coins. High-value symbols are represented by five characters reminiscent of old arcade games. There’s a green robot, a goat smoking a cigarette, a pirate, a wizard, and a firefighter.

The game’s Wild symbol is represented by a big, orange W. It can substitute for any of the other base game symbols to help you land winning combinations, with the exception of the Scatter symbol. The Scatter symbol is represented by the red fire alarm. This is key to one of the main game features.

Bonus Rounds

One of the more interesting game features is the Alarm Bell Free Spins feature. This is activated when you land three, four, or five Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels. You will be rewarded with 10, 15, or 20 free spins, respectively. Every set of three Scatter symbols you land during the free spins will open a new floor and reward you with two more spins. Every floor you unlock will transform the symbol with the lowest value into a fire symbol.

The fire symbol is another interesting game feature. Every time you land a fire symbol, the firefighter will extinguish it and all symbols on the reel will become matching symbols, with the exception of any Scatter or Wild. This gives you more opportunities of landing winning combinations.

The game also has a Fire Drill feature, which is a randomly activated feature in the base game. When this is activated, you will see a graphic which shows one to five low-value symbols transforming into fire symbols, which, in turn, transform into matching symbols.
